  • What does CDAsync do?

    CDAsync allows Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, and Escrow Officers to collaborate on and stay aligned on Transactions.

  • Do I have to enter in transaction data before sharing it with other stakeholders?

    CDAsync leveragea powerful AI engine that will seed the data needed for your tansactions.  By sharing a few sample CDAs with us, we will train our engine to work for you.  It's a fast process. If you dont have a standard CDA to share, then you are able to enter the data manually.

  • How does CDAsync handle changes to the CDA which inevitably occur?

    When a change is made to the Transaction, a notification will be sent to stakeholders alerting them to the change.  Those notifications happen through both text and email. 

  • What's the cost to use CDAsync?

    Its free!  There are some premium features that will have a low cost associated with them, but the core product is free for you and your team to start leveraging

  • How long does it take to get set up?

    You can create an account for your organization, invite team members and be sharing digtial CDAs in minutes!

  • We require signatures of various stakeholders on our CDAs. How does CDAsync handle signatures

    We capture various activities throughout the life of a transaction.  You can require approval of the CDA upon receipt by the shareholders , as well as, collecting a final approval once the transaction is about to close.  We capture an approval signature, along with timestamps for all relevant stakeholders

  • How many stakeholders can be added to a transaction?

    Up to 7 participants may collaborate on a given transacton.  This allows for not only agents, broekrs nad escrow officers to join, but also a mortgage professional, or assistants that help manage the details.

  • What kind of things can I do with CDAsync, once I have invited stakeholders into the transaction?

    There is a chat feature that allows you to communicate clearly with other stakeholders as well as share any documents relevant to the transaction.  All details of the transaction are also editable, including disbursements.  All activity by stakeholders is logged and all signatures and approvals are captured as well.  The best part is that all communication, documents, activity is saved in one place for your team to easily access anytime.

  • When I invite staekholders to CDAsync htat have never used the platfrom, how difficult is it for them to engage?

    Inviting Stakeholders is super easy,  They receive an invite with a temporary password.  They log in and change password, plus complete any missing info to theri profile, and then are directed to the Transaction List.  It couldn't be easier.

  • Who can edit a transaction?

    The owner of a transaction  (who started it) and the Organization Admin can always edit.  If you choose to share that feature with your Stakeholders then they can edit also.  For example, you might share edit permissions with the escrow officer, so that they can add an Escrow# once one is created.

  • What happens when a transaction gets cancelled?

    You are able to change the status of a transaction anytime.  Closed and Cancelled statuses exist, so that your "Active" Transaction section remains up to date.  Of course, you can go back and change the status anytime.

  • How can I set up mu company's CDA to be automatically uploaded?

    Training our CDA AI Engine is simple.  We have built an AI training feature that allows you to upload 10 examples of CDAs which will help us train our system.  Once you have uploaded the CDAs, we will notify you when submission of a CDA is ready.
